It has been just one month since Freddie Freeman joined the LA Dodgers. And the star first baseman has already become the fan favorite for the Dodgers. Notably, the Dodgers signed Freeman on a record deal in the 2022 free agency.

On Thursday, Freeman played his first league game as a Dodgers player in the Dodger Stadium. And guess what? When Freeman came to bat, the entire stadium started chanting his name. Especially, coming from a rival team and instantly getting such kind of love and affection is not everyone’s cup of tea. But Freeman is Freeman!

After having a blasting of a game for the Dodgers, Freddie Freeman shared his experience of playing for them, and he seemed happiest while playing for the Dodgers.

After getting Freeman by their side, the Dodgers have strengthened their already strong squad. And given the kind of players they have for every position, the Dodgers are already favorites to win the World Series.

Talking about the Thursday game, Freeman was stunning against the Cincinnati Reds. The Dodgers’ fans welcomed him with all the love and warmth. After the game, Freeman expressed his experience in the ballpark and said that he got the chills going through his body.

“I got the chills going through my body. It’s hard to really put into words… That’s as special as it gets…,” said Freddie Freeman. When he hit the baseball for the first time, fans across the stadium jumped in joy and started chanting his ‘Freddie…Freddie..’. 

As per ESPN, Freeman said that his time at the Dodgers has been very special to him. “It’s definitely been nice,” Freeman added. “The last month has been pretty special, from the first game to tonight, they’ve been welcoming me with open arms. First game at Dodger Stadium with the Dodgers, I don’t think it could’ve gone much better than that.”

Now, with the kind of crazy squad they have, it will be the Dodgers’ fault, if they do not win the World Series in 2022.
