During the 2021 season, with 93 wins and only 69 losses, the White Sox dominated the central division. As for the second-best team, the Cleveland Indians, they managed to win only 80 games in the last season. However, the equation will not be that easy in 2022.

With Carlos Correa by their side, the Twins may cause serious damage to any team; not ruling out the Indians in contention to win the division. Despite roster specifics promising a showdown, as per Fox Sports, fans have picked Chicago White Sox to win the AL Central division, ahead of the likes of the Twins and Indians.

Though the White Sox are the favorites to win this year, if one looks at the last five year’s records, the Cleveland Indians and Minnesota Twins have dominated their division. Between the 2016 and 2018 seasons, the Cleveland Indians won the AL Central for three consecutive years; While the Twins have also won in the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
