Freddie Freeman is living it up during the lockout. With the first baseman a free agent in 2022, teams across the league seem ardent to get his signature. “He’s okay with these CBT levels. He’ll put a curb on the spending,” Olney added, speaking about Steinbrenner and the Yankees front office spending. Speaking about where Freeman might actually end up, He added that it was more likely that the Dodgers were a candidate for the move.
