Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez is in the spotlight again. Just two days before, the regular season of MLB started and now he is all over the internet with his recent controversial statement about a Miami neighborhood.

Recently, A-Rod appeared on the Pivot Podcast and said that his childhood neighborhood Kendall is a hood. “Let me bring it back a little bit to where I grew up, right here in the hood. A neighborhood called, ah, Kendall. It was probably like 99 percent Latinos,” said A-Rod.

After his comments on Kendall, netizens slammed the Yankees legend on the internet. People trolled him and claimed that Kendall is the most suburban place to live in Miami.
