MLB side Atlanta Braves had an exceptional season in 2021. In the last season, the Braves ended their 25-year title drought of the World Series by winning their fourth World Series title. Notably, the Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr couldn’t play almost half of the season in 2021, because of a serious injury. However, recently, the Braves outfielder hinted that he is ready to play in the next season.
Ronald Acuna hints at a comeback in 2021
During the 2021 season, Acuna tore his ACL and missed out the entire season after that. He was in such good form that if he wouldn’t have torn his ACL, then he was the top candidate to win the National League MVP award. But luck was not in the favor of the star outfielder and he spent the rest of the season on his recovery.
Recently, by taking to his Twitter, Acuna teased the Braves’ fans with his tweet. Notably, he has not played a single game in the last 5-6 months. And just like every baseball fan and player, he is also missing the games. Acuna posted a photo of himself in the Braves’ uniform and captioned it “Missing this”.

However, it is still unclear whether Acuna is fully fit for the 2022 season or not. But after watching this tweet from Acuna, the Braves fans are positive about his comeback. And if Acuna hasn’t recovered from his ACL injury. Then the Braves will be in a serious problem.

Their previous season star Freddie Freeman is out of contract and it is not sure where he will play the next season. However, the Braves will be happy to keep Freeman. And if Acuna also makes his comeback from injuries. Then it will be a lot easier for the Braves to defend their World Series title this year.
However, MLB is still in the lockout and still, the owners and players haven’t signed the CBA deal.
