Freeman has barely played 20 games for the Dodgers, yet he has become the fan-favorite for his new team. Earlier this year, in the free agency, the Dodgers signed Freeman on a record deal. And the star first baseman has been spot on for the Dodgers this season.

After facing a defeat from the Atlanta Braves, the Freeman and company made a strong comeback against the World Champions and handed them a blow in the last game of the series. And yet again, Freddie Freeman was the star for the Dodgers.
Freddie Freeman wins it for the Dodgers against the Atlanta Braves
With Freeman by their side, the LA Dodgers have become an impossible team to beat in Major League Baseball. However, the Atlanta Braves are also the World Champions, and they proved it against the Dodgers. Freeman’s team was on a winning streak of seven games this season. But after losing the first game, the Braves ended their streak in the second game of the series.
However, that defeat did not last long, as the Dodgers made a powerful statement and won the series. With this, the Dodgers also won the series 2-1 against the Braves. Just like the first game, Freeman fired his second home run of the season against the Braves. Interestingly, Freeman’s both home runs of the 2022 season have come against his former team.

“I was trying to be aggressive in the zone through a curveball,” Freeman said. “With Mookie gone, I thought he was wanting to get a strike for a double play… You know, I think today was just a really good baseball game played by us. Defense, pitching, offense, so this is one of the games, we can just sit back for the game and go and put a smile on your face. Because it was just a well-played baseball game.”
