Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez means business. The New York Yankees legend might have been a bit away from baseball, but his relationship with sports will probably never die. Currently, both MLB and NBA are in action. A-Rod, though, preferred to spend quality time with the NBA side, Minnesota Timberwolves.

Not to forget that the MLB legend is also a part-owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves. He cheered them up in a crucial game ahead of the 2021-22 playoffs. A-Rod was there in attendance.

Not surprisingly, the Timberwolves didn’t disappoint their superstar owner and went on to win against the Clippers in a thriller. Ever since the Timberwolves have got their new owners, their performance has also been quite good, compared to the last season.

Love him or hate him, one cannot ignore Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez, such is his personality. He retired from baseball some five-six years ago, yet he is the biggest name in Major League Baseball.

Recently, A-Rod shared an Instagram video, in which one can see him celebrating the victory with the Timberwolves’ players. While in another Instagram post, A-Rod shared a group of photos captioned, “So proud of this team. True heart, hustle, and grit tonight all game long. A real TEAM win fueled by that incredible crowd. Playoff-bound!”

A-Rod is one of the sharpest sports personalities in the world. After his baseball career in MLB, he turned himself into a business tycoon. And in 2021, he and e-commerce giant Marc Lore invested in an NBA franchise, Minnesota Timberwolves.
