Recently, the internet hailed the master?s mind-blowing bodybuilding routine.

On March 19, the Twitter page, Historic Vids, shared a never seen before bodybuilding routine of Bruce Lee that had a series of interesting exercises. The routine dates from a time when Lee struggled to make a name in Hollywood.

Bruce Lee?s bodybuilding routine had ten exercises

The Twitter page shared two pictures adjacent to each other in its post. One of them was a photograph of the master from the year 1965. Lee looked in great shape. He had a muscular physique with a chiseled jawline and collarbones. Just beside his picture was the secret to the master?s impeccable physique. It was a still from his bodybuilding routine written in a diary that belonged to his gym, Hak Keung Gymnasium.

The routine picture revealed that the master performed a total of ten exercises. At first, he began his bodybuilding session with squats. He performed three sets of it, 10 times with 95 lbs weights. Then followed Bench Press 1 and 2 that he did with 64 lbs weights 6 times in 4 sets. Next, he moved to incline curl which he also did in 4 sets, 6 times with 35 lbs weights.

Later on, in his routine, he shifted to Con Curl which he did with 35 lbs weight in 4 sets, 6 times. Lee also performed pushups in 3 sets, 10 times with 70 to 80 lbs weights. Next, he did a two-hand curl with 70 to 80 lbs weights in 3 sets, 8 times. After this, Lee did a Tricep Stretch that involved 3 lbs weights in 3 sets, 8 times. Then, came in Dumble Circle which he did with 16 lbs weights, in 4 sets. Next, came Reverse Curl which Lee did in 4 sets. After this, Lee did a Wrist Curl in 4 sets with 64 lbs weights. Lastly, his bodybuilding regime also included sit-ups and calf-raise exercises.
