Following suit, as the basketball prodigy joined forces with the New York Knicks, he has been following a stringent routine to keep himself healthy and in staunch shape to trounce the opponent.
Taj Gibson is a New York Knicks Big Man who plays the center position. While this role focuses more on strength and hardiness, Gibson is also quick on his feet and looks in really great shape. A social media post recently leaked the insane workout routine Gibson follows. In fact, the 6’9” player follows this routine in combination with his basketball drills.

Renowned track and field podcaster Chris Chavez tweeted a video of Gibson playing in a match. The video also captured the commentary going on. Interestingly, a female commentator praised the New York Knicks center for his fitness. She said, “More on Taj Gibson. Who knew he’s a runner, guys?”

She further said, “So I asked him what he’s been doing to stay in shape. He told me working out is in my DNA. But what he’s been doing, he’s been running from the Brooklyn Bridge to the Manhattan Bridge and then running back into Brooklyn. You guys, that’s almost six miles.”

That’s including shooting and pick-up games and all the other lifting and working out that he’s doing. So, no wonder he’s in such great shape.”

Taj Gibson is back with the New York Knicks and is playing for the blue and orange team once again. The center was called in to add more bulk to the frontline attacking and defensive arsenal of the team. While Gibson is filling the shoes of Mitchell Robinson, he is also the top guy for head coach Tom Thibodeau and his vision of the team.
Taj Gibson has been by the side of Tom Thibodeau for almost the entire duration of his career. The star played under his guidance during 2009-17 as a Chicago Bull and later continued with him for the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2017-19.
