Her beau, Travis Kelce, was in the stands in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the Eras Tour. The pop star acknowledged him with a few changes in the lyrics to one of her songs, among others.

Taylor Swift performed her song ‘Karma’ right at the end. She changed the lyrics in the refrain to “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.” A tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, Kelce was evidently the target of those words. The very public acknowledgment intrigued Dave Portnoy and led him toward a revelation of his own.

Dave Portnoy took to X and shared the same with the rest of the world. Portnoy wrote, “Taylor Swift Is Head Over Heels In Love With Travis Kelce, ‘The Guy On The Chiefs.'” He also shared a link to a blogpost on the Barstool Sports website with the same title, written by Kelly Keegs. Keegs posited that “Taylor tailored this show for Travis.”

As Keegs wrote, Taylor Swift could be seen looking at Travis Kelce during many of her songs. She also pointed to the Chiefs’ tight end during the song ‘Willow.’ That gesture entered the fray with the words, “Wreck my plans, that’s my man.” Kelce danced and sang along to every song. Keegs called the evening a love fest for the couple. Swift also rushed into Kelce’s arms at the end of the show. Interestingly, Dave Portnoy took his sweet time to come around on their romance.

The romance has El Presidente’s stamp of approval

Despite being a diehard Swiftie, Dave Portnoy did not approve of the match at the outset. Once Pia Malihi, Kelce’s publicist, commented on the matter disparagingly, the self-styled El Presidente pulled on his battle gear again. He defended the couple on that occasion and has continued in the same vein ever since.

The concert in Buenos Aires confirmed what many knew or suspected on some level. Taylor Swift is head over heels in love with Travis Kelce. Cupid’s arrow has found its mark, it is certain. Dave Portnoy and the rest of the Swifties will hope that this love lasts for a long time.
