It was in 2009 when American singer Taylor Swift released her song, ‘You Belong With Me.’ Decades later, it looks like the fairytale has come true. Dressed in ‘Red’, Swift was seen cheering for NFL player Travis Kelce. That’s exactly what the song was about! As they live the story in real life, one needs to point out that it all started with one bracelet. But it won’t just end there. Theirs is a story that has shaken the NFL world, especially after the duo were spotted at the SNL afterparty. With thousands of views pouring in, someone thinks Swift “didn’t earn that bracelet!”

Smith said, “Travis Kelce is my brother from another mother. I love him to death. I was kind of disappointed that he put out there…you telling the world you want to talk to her and had a bracelet made for you before you even met her. As great as she is… she didn’t earn that bracelet.” But that was not all. Smith also jokes about Kelce coming across as ‘little bit hungry,’ something that had the audience howling with laughter.

One of the hosts asked, “You’re not calling him (Travis Kelce) a simp though, are you?” Smith joked, saying, “No I’m just saying, I’m just saying. He came he came across as a little bit hungry and you ladies know this better than me. It’s one thing to be hungry, it’s another to act hungry!” That being said, this clearly is not the first time Smith has talked about Kelce and Swift. As it turns out, Smith has analyzed what Swift was doing at the stadium.

Some things “don’t look casual”

There is no denying the “Swift effect.” It is obvious that the NFL world will go gaga when Taylor Swift makes an appearance at the Chiefs vs the Jets match. More so when she is proudly cheering for the Chiefs’ tight end, Travis Kelce. Her cheering at the stadium has gained a reaction from Smith.

Talking about it, Smith said, “hugging mama and stuff, hanging out, cheering on Travis Kelce as hard as she’s been doing, bringing Ryan Reynold’s with her, along with other others.” Smith also hinted about the duo, “I’m just saying it don’t look casual…it’s their business. I’m just letting you know it don’t look casual,” said Smith.

Now, with Kelce being a perfect gentleman, holding the door for Swift as they exit the after-party, all we hope for them to be is happy. With all the hand-holding and no ‘blank space’ between them, it looks like Kelce does “belong with” Swift!
