Gretzky recalled how he went to Justin Bieber’s talk show with Paulina on his birthday in 2010. The reason for this was that Bieber was a huge fan of Gretzky. Recounting the incident, Gretzky disclosed, “They wanted to surprise Bieber.” In 2010, Bieber would turn 16 and Bieber’s team wanted his birthday to be memorable for him. Interestingly, Paulina was 22 at the time, when Gretzky had taken her to this talk show. Further, he described the interesting scene when his daughter met Justin Bieber.

Recalling how he went towards the stage with Paulina where Bieber was ready to greet them, Gretzky indicated how Paulina was in shock. Remembering the incident, Gretzky said, “So I walked on and my daughter froze…..and so I had to almost carry her across the stage.” This shows how Paulina was surprised after seeing Justin Bieber.
