Kiley Armstrong, 21, and her boyfriend Evan Fiore, 23, were tragically involved in a fatal car accident. The incident was caused by an unlicensed teenage driver who was speeding over 100 miles per hour, running a red light, and colliding with their vehicle. It was truly devastating to learn about the couple who were passionate supporters of the New Jersey Devils, with plans to marry in the coming years. Now, their families are faced with the unimaginable task of organizing a joint funeral for them.

On X, @joshlangerr shared the heartbreaking news, saying, “RIP, Evan Fiore & Kiley Armstrong, an innocent couple and diehard #NJDevils fans killed by a group of shameless teens Fri. night in Toms River on their way home from the game at The Rock 💔Passengers Krista & Ryan remain in critical condition.”

Unfortunately, the couple were not the only individuals affected by this accident. Ryan Chapman, 19, along with Kiley Armstrong’s twin sister, Krista, who were both in the same vehicle, and are currently in critical condition. Following the incident, they were promptly transported to the Jersey Shore University Medical Center by MEDEVAC.

The families impacted have taken to their GoFundMe page to convey an emotional message: “It would mean the world to the families if anyone could provide any financial assistance for the funeral and memorial services for Kiley and Evan, as well as medical expenses for Ryan and Krista.” In what ways did social media respond to this heartbreaking announcement? What’s the reasoning behind it? “To ensure that we will be able to cover the medical bills for Krista and Ryan. Thank you for all of your support!” the organizer stated. At the time of this report, the goal has been increased to $158,848.

The families have shared a message expressing their heartfelt gratitude: “The Armstrong, Fiore, and Chapman families would like to send our sincerest appreciation and thank for all the love and support to everyone near and far who are behind us during this devastating situation. We have a long road ahead of us, but all of the love and support is giving us the strength to continue. Xoxo.”
