Sometimes training becomes monotonous for athletes, but challenging physical limits with a friend during the training is always fun. A week ago, the former American track and field athlete Nick Symmonds lost a training contest against the former NFL superstar Lorenzo Alexander. However, to return the favor, the Olympian runner invited Lorenzo for a contest on the track.

Nick lost to the pro bowl MVP Lorenzo Alexander in the NFL Combine training session. The contest began with the 225 lbs bench press. While Nick could do only 3 reps, the NFL star did 8 reps with the same weight. Nick was way behind in the other activities as well, including vertical jump, broad jump, and three-cone drill but was ahead of Lorenzo in the 20-yard shuttle run.
