Last night, Messi led Argentina to a stunning victory over reigning world cup champions France. The athlete’s stellar performance marked his very first world cup victory. The soccer G.O.A.T won the hearts of millions of fans worldwide and skiing queen Lindsay Vonn was no exception. 

The athlete is known for being the highest race victories record holder in women’s World Championships. She is also known for taking a keen interest in other sports apart from alpine skiing. In a recently posted Instagram story, we see a glimpse of the aftermath of yesterday’s FIFA World Cup finale.

In what seems to be an ecstatic celebration of triumph by Argentina supporters, Lindsay Vonn writes ‘Happy fans,” while filming them jumping and singing in joy. In the midst of the city, a vast pool of football fanatics sang a victory hymn in unison, as they waved their blue and white with pride.
