Simone Biles, the gymnastic queen, waved her victory flag with her 6th World Title clinch at the recent 2023 Artistic Gymnastics Championship. Besides, she also anchored her team to a well-deserved gold. Moreover, as an addition to her winning streak, she earned her vault and floor World Title. For a gymnast of such a great measure, perfect landings are crucial. While her profession wraps up high-energy displays within seconds, she questioned a basic posture.

The 26-year-old is widely known for her medals, owing to the 34 that she had earned across World Champs and Olympics. A while ago, she took a brief break from gymnastics to tap her feet in a dance reality show. She could rope two high-energy and fast-paced activities, dance and gymnastics together. However, the 7X Olympic medalist has a strong despise for stagnancy, while respecting all those who earn from that.

Simone Biles detests a posture

Threads, the text-based conversation app of Instagram, witnesses the GOAT resort to it for candid updates. Recently, she posted something which had her fandom support her wholeheartedly. Though she respects other professions as well, she dislikes hours of standing involved in any. With her words, she awarded kudos to the people who bear such exhaustive hours at work.

According to the post, she wrote, “how do people stand for hours on end? I simply cannot.” The 4X Olympic gold medalist performs prolific twists, has five routines named after her, but struggles to stand. Though it may sound unusual, but technically, moving around exerts less pressure on the legs. Since gymnastics involves only movements, the 26-year-old feels fewer burnouts.

Fans have mixed reactions

One fan clearly stated that her inability to stand justifies because the GOAT herself struggles to stand for long. She wrote, “If Simone Biles can?t, i can?t either.” Another fan connected Biles’ line with his individual tale, saying, “I recently took a trip to Boston and NYC; did so much walking and standing that my feet were contemplating launching their own American Revolution.” On the other hand, one fan had some sarcasm up his sleeves. He chose to answer the question directly, saying, “Maybe stick to defying gravity? We?ve got standing covered. Thanks! “

Furthermore, a Biles fan heaved a sigh of relief at his incompetence, said, “When Superwoman has problems standing but can triple quintuple twist in the air at the end of a full sprint after hitting a crazy vault and land on her own two feet, then I feel okay when I can?t stand for long times too.” Another fan added, “It?s freaking adorable that you of all people would be stumped by how people can stand all day?although you?re right, it?s so exhausting!” One fan?almost sprung up at a possible surpass, said “OMG I can do something Simone can’t.”?
