Time and again, Johnson posts her husband, Andrew East, and two toddlers on Instagram. Both accomplished former athletes met back in 2012 and got married in Tennessee in 2016. Fighting her first miscarriage in 2017 which was a heart-breaking experience, the couple welcomed their first child, Drew in 2019. Soon after, Jeff was born in 2021.

Johnson is currently expecting her third child. She made her pregnancy announcement in July 2023, during her trip to Greece. The baby is due in December this year. Johnson also revealed that there is a possibility that the child can possibly share Andrew?s late father?s birthday, who passed away in December 2022.

According to Johnson, Andrew is a phenomenal father to their children. She calls herself the more anxious one between the two. Nonetheless, it gives her more opportunities to post parenting videos for her fans, including the topsy-turvy hilarious moments with her family.
