Lindsey Vonn opened up about her divorce from Thomas Vonn 

Back in 2014, Lindsey opened up about one of her love mishaps in an interview. This skiing legend married her first boyfriend, Thomas Vonn in 2007. Thomas and Lindsey were both Olympians and, he had been her teammate and coach for quite some time. So, understandably, their separation was scary and painful for her. In a way, it changed her.

In the interview, she said, “Getting divorced was the scariest thing I’ve ever done… I wasn’t sure if I was strong enough to be on my own I’d been dating him since I was 18, and I realized I wasn’t happy anymore… “.

Surely getting over her first love was difficult but, she was brave enough to do it. And she further reported that after that leap, she did find herself to be happy.
