Bodybuilding star, Chris Bumstead recently gave Arnold Classic a hard pass prioritizing his body’s wellness. Indeed, a bodybuilder like him has to make well-measured choices in terms of diet and workout. They cannot just eat anything they want. However, they do have cravings for specific things which they must avoid. However, if given a choice, Bumstead would eat these three meals every day.

Chris Bumstead follows a crazy strict diet to maintain a chiseled body. His meal is filled with protein and in measured quantities. However, Bumstead has a few favorite food items to cherish on his cheat days. Recently, he revealed the top-three meals that he could have for the rest of his life.

Although Bumstead has to strictly obey his diet, eating six meals a day. His meals surely consist of the healthiest of food. Nevertheless, the four-time Arnold Classic has his heart in some of the most scrumptious food items. Recently, during a Q&A session, the bodybuilder was asked to name the top-three meals that he could have for the rest of his life.

Although, he was intimidated by the question saying, “ It’s a hard question,” he still went ahead to answer it. The stir-fried chicken rice was first made on the bodybuilder’s list. While mentioning Bumstead was amused with his choice because he could not have it in his diet. However, he expressed in the QnA, “I think I could eat a chicken rice, stir fry literally every meal, every day and be good with it.” Moreover, he also added that he could enjoy the rice by combining various sauces with it.

The next food item on Bumstead’s list was pancakes. The 28-year-old bodybuilder stated that he could lots of pancakes because he knows how to make healthy ones that are bland and easy to digest. He also added about pancakes, “I can have them during the prep and the off-season and adjust the calories accordingly.”

Lastly, sandwiches also made it to Bumstead’s list. He liked them with tacos. Although sandwiches are unhealthy, they are CBum’s “favorite thing to eat”. Moreover, he also mentioned that he would not be able to live without eating sandwiches, especially in his off-season.

Chris Bumstead’s strict diet regime is a big reason behind his victories. Preparing for a prestigious competition like Mr.Olympia requires great dedication to the diet. After winning Mr. Olympia, Bumstead revealed his meal a day before the big event.

In his vlog, Bumstaed showed that he consumed a healthy meal consisting of  “150 g of filet, 150 g of rice, 100 g of sweet potato, and 100 g of red potato”. It was a completely natural mix with no artificial additions with Bumstaed exclaiming, “all-natural food is the best !”.
