As the title holder for three consecutive years (2019 to 2021), Chris is preparing relentlessly to win this year’s overall title. As the prestigious championship is a day away, Chris is wrapping up his workout routine, leaving a hard-hitting message on his Instagram.

Bumstead, nicknamed CBum, was interested in sports and weight training from a young age. He made his bodybuilding debut at the age of 19 in 2014. After winning his pro card in 2021, Chris began participating in many prestigious championships. Before winning the classic physique category for three consecutive years, he stood as runner-up in 2017 and 2018.
