In a YouTube Shorts video, it was revealed that the nutritional proportion of Reeves’s diet had 60% carbs, 20% fats, and 20% protein. It included food items like bananas, eggs, honey, orange juice, fish, steak, turkey, potatoes, pasta, and bread.
