Hailing from a highly accomplished athletic family, US dressage icon Anna Buffini was destined for sporting greatness. But little did her volleyball mother or her business savvy father were privy to the fact that their daughter would forge her own path. As the preparations are in full flow for the 2024 Olympics, so is Buffini grinding hard with ‘high level’ practice to clinch the ultimate prize.

The 29-year-old recently revealed her preparations for the grand event in Paris, and contrary to the exhilarating horse racing, she showcased the hard work going behind a ride. The equestrian enthusiasts were left awestruck watching Buffini painstakingly giving it her all.

Nothing worth having comes easy in life, the same corollary applies to horse racing as well. Showing the work that goes behind rides, Anna Buffini posted a trendy reel “Me 1% of the time vs Me 99% of the time” on Instagram. The inspiring practice video was accompanied by a motivating quote as well. “You can’t consistently perform at a high level if you don’t consistently practice at a high level, “ she said. The painstaking efforts impinging on her success was known to all and sundry via her post.

Buffini showcased the tiring work she does every day to achieve the glory she has. ‘High level’ practice, exercises, gymnastics, and the occasional interviews were some of the things she revealed in the video. Earlier, the 2x World Cup finalist featured on the NBC promo for the Olympics as well. Now, as horse racing icons got to witness her behind-the-scenes work, they were left awestruck, praising her efforts.

Equestrian enthusiasts hail Buffini as the ‘best’

Known for her exemplary work ethic and unmatched passion for horse riding, Anna Buffini received well-deserved love from the horse racing community after posting the practice video. “You’re putting in the WORK. What an inspiration”, a fan expressed. She undoubtedly is an inspiration and an athletic icon to boot.

During the impressionable years of her life, the 29-year-old had even dabbled in gymnastics and other sports as well, but eventually found her calling in dressage. Hailing her as the best, one of the fans commented, “Your horsemanship and dedication is bar none some of the best!”. Interestingly, a doctor commented, “True story! I’ve seen it with my own eyes!”.
