“I Couldn’t Do It”: Despite Sylvester Stallone’s Insecurities Having Major Effect, His Daughter Achieves ‘Proud’ Feat With Her Horse

Legendary actor Sylvester Stallone is the epitome of a heroic personality. The 76-year-old attracted the world with his acting prowess and great physique. However, amidst his strong on-screen characters, ‘Rocky’ had a history of insecurities over his looks. Even though, he is a highly successful actor today, the protective father in him tends to be highly concerned about his three daughters. However, recently one of his daughters, Sistine Rose Stallone, made him immensely proud despite his concerns for his children.
Yesterday, the official page of The Family Stallone shared a clip from its recent episode 6. It featured Stallone cheering for his daughter while she was performing a horse riding session. Looking at Sistine pursuing her dream made the legendary actor absolutely proud of her.

The Instagram video featured Sistine Stallone riding a horse on the ranch in the presence of her trainer and family. Father Stallone observed that her daughter was happy, while riding the horse and had a confident command of the sport. Realizing that Sistine had great horse riding abilities made the actor feel sad about an aspect.

He stated in the video, “You know I feel bad that I wasn’t as supportive as I should have been because nothing means more to me than the happiness of my children and knowing that they are fulfilling their dream.” Syls accepted that he should have encouraged his daughter more than he did. However, he was elated to see that Sistine had the confidence to fulfill her dream.

Further, he mentioned that his insecurities had a role to play in it, “And I know that my kind of insecurities affected Sistine but I’ll try harder next time.”

From a young age, Stallone had insecurities in his mind that he had to deal with as he grew up. However, his hard work made him a superstar eventually.
Sylvester Stallone’s journey from rags to riches
Stallone’s fate was against him when he was born. He had a complicated birth that made doctors use forceps. However, in that process, they messed with one of his nerves, which resulted in paralysis of the lower left side of his face. Hence, Stallone became conscious of his droopy face from the beginning. He also had a rough childhood due to the relationship between his parents. In his teenage, he struggled academically, which resulted in his low self-esteem.

Finally, when he came to New York City to pursue his acting dream, he faced tremendous struggle initially. There were days when he had to sleep on the street or do odd jobs on set. However, in 1974, he received his first break in the film, The Lords of Flatbush. This opened his gate for Hollywood and the rest became history.

Just like Sylvester Stallone, his children too have the ability to fulfill their dreams. However, as a father, he is protective of them and does not want them to face hardships like he did.
