Before coming to Baylor, several engaging factors had brewed the equestrian dream of Dominika Silvestri. One was to go with the horse riding hobby that had initiated in her childhood for the first time. Another had surfaced to get with her equestrian role models, Tyler Bui, Marissa Kinnally, and Sarah Boral. All were present in Baylor when Dominika Silvestri had turned up at the institute. So for her, the equestrian learning curve remained high with the possible checking in the holistic growth. That was evident in the Baylor fifth year’s movements in recent times.

After reaching high in 7 career-high achievements from last season, now the equestrian prodigy showcased a grip on her upcoming goals. At the onset of the Big 12 conference meet, that panned out as a champion’s voice.

The equestrian fame and the practices behind it

Last year, Dominika Silvestri enjoyed a thorough result in the equestrian events of her continuous learning process at Baylor. Even after getting a tilt towards the game as early as the mere age of 4, the 22-year-old had found it hard to continue with the sport in her starting days in the program. “I think I struggled with flat a little bit my freshman year. So to see that growth — and then I had a pretty good run going last year”, she conceded to baylorlariat. com. On this good run part, Dominika had seven outstanding player titles in fences from last year.

Even with that, she had claimed the 2023 Big 12 Championship Most Outstanding Performer title on fences. Before coming into the next Big 12 conference equestrian events, that achievement would motivate her. So does her Baylor coach. In his disbursal on Dominika’s copacetic run, Casie Maxwell added, “Her story’s pretty amazing — to see her kind of dabble in the roster her freshman and sophomore year [and] overcome some things,”. But for the equestrian talent, the upcoming days would be the most relevant.

The days without Baylor

“[The seven most outstanding player awards] is definitely really cool, but I don’t really want to focus on just the award,” Dominika Silvestri claimed when asked about her upcoming plans. This will be the last season for her at Baylor. So appearing one last time in the equestrian team of Baylor, she took on her learnings in the place. Linking that, the spirited equestrian added, “I’ve warm-up rode. I’ve been on the bench. … Now, to start has been a really great opportunity to see all of my hard work really come together.”
