The Gates family owns multiple properties all over the United States, but this one is really special for Jenn. This new haven lies in the heart of New York City and is regarded as the ‘Paparazzi Proof’ building. She recently finalized the deal through a Seattle-based trust. The penthouse was previously owned by Formula One legend Lewis Hamilton, who sold it for a whopping $51 million.

Jenn gave a small glimpse of the place recently on her Instagram, but it was not confirmed if these glimpses were from her new home. She will soon be moving to her newly bought showbiz neighborhood penthouse. There is an update about the luxuries that this residence will offer Bill Gates and Jenn’s  family. With a generous 8,900 square feet, this property offers every imaginable amenity for its owner.

As reported by Luxury Launches, Bill Gates equestrian daughter and her husband, Nayel Nassar, will soon be moving into this Tribeca penthouse. The penthouse was previously owned by Lewis Hamilton who sold it to Bill Gates’ daughter to move to a newly bought $40 million residence. The place is located at 443 Greenwich Street, which is known for being the home of several Hollywood celebrities. It was initially a bookbinding industrial unit and was originally built in 1883. Jenn Gates’ new haven comes with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Bill Gates family’s heir and her husband will be residing on the topmost floor of the house, which has 3,400 square feet of open space.

It has a glass-enclosed terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a private plunge pool, and a well-spread dining area. The kitchen of this penthouse is one of the main highlights of the amenities it offers. Kitchen comes with a Christopher Peacock cabinets, and a Calacatta marble finish. The place offers an open-plan living room and dining room, two walk-in closets, customized racks, and attached dressers. It has a 70-foot indoor pool gym with a Turkish style bath facilities, and a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace.

Jennifer Gates haven comes with multiple private elevators and a personal elevator bank. It is the largest building that consists of 53 apartments and has two of the 15 parking lots available on the property. The place also has pine beams, a specially customized chef’s kitchen, and a gas fireplace. The couple will access the kids play area, where Bill Gates can play with his granddaughter. The couple will often be surrounded by the paparazzi, as they are often present around the building to capture stars like The Weeknd, Justin Timberlake, Meg Ryan, Jake Gyllenhaal, etc.
