Adam Grant shared a post that read, “Acts of kindness that feel small to us have a big impact on others… There’s no easier way to make someone’s day than to offer a compliment, give a little gift, or send a handwritten note”. He also shared research-backed information that explains how children and elders alike often ignore or overlook small acts of kindness, which should be taken note of. Grant also shared the source of such research as “Undervaluing the positive impact of kindness starts early” (Echelbarger & Epley)”.

This isn’t the first time Jennifer Gates has put out something positive in the world. She also shared the important work done by the non-profit organization Thinking Huts a month ago, and now she shares an important message about kindness.
