To add more to it, Lambis Konstantinidis, the Director of Planning and Coordination of the Paris Olympics 2024 states in the video, “Things that can go wrong could be from a security point of view, so we do need plan not only B but also C, D, E, F… as long as your alphabet goes.” Konstantinidis further added that the event stays in the center of Paris with no changes in anything.

One fan expressed that Paris has been experiencing alarming safety concerns over the years and wrote, “Paris has been increasingly unsafe for a good many years already, and they completely shat the bed when they got to host the CL final.” Another fan anticipated disorder and turmoil on French soil and stated, “Expect panic and chaos in Paris.”

“Security headache especially with so many ‘peaceful’ people who live in France,” implied the skepticism about the effectiveness of the security measures of the event. There were several other comments, like “It’s going to be a nightmare” and “All major events should not be held in France, especially after how they abused the Liverpool fans during the CL” that reflected the sentiments of the fans.
