Anthony Kim has been away for 12 years from the sport owing to a clause in his insurance policy. Many saw this as a permanent eclipse of the virtuoso, who was known as the next Tiger Woods. But now, in a rather dramatic turnaround, Kim will be back and Michael Phelps is definitely enjoying it. In fact, the swimming GOAT even posted a social media update expressing his eagerness for Kim’s return.

Michael Phelps took to Instagram and added a story featuring a post announcing the long-awaited return of Anthony Kim. Captioning the story, Phelps wrote, “Let’s gooooo!!! I can’t wait!!!” The Flying Fish had shared a post made by Golf.com which broke the news of a potential AK comeback.

The Instagram post of Golf.com in this regard reads, “BREAKING: Anthony Kim is in talks to make a return to professional golf. Kim has spent the last few months plotting a way back after being away from the game for more than a decade.” This added another new reason for Michael Phelps to rejoice, who was recently blessed with his fourth baby. Speaking about it, Michael Phelps said, “Being able to watch him and how in control he is of every single thing on the golf course… I feel like every step is so calculated and every little small detail he pays so much attention to.
