Simone loves to stay connected with her fans. In one such ‘catch-up session,’ she shared updates as a fan enquired, “how is the home build going?” Excited to start a new journey, the gymnastic GOAT dived into some crucial details.

In the shared Instagram story, Simon wrote, “So far, so good; we sent everything to the HOA to get approved.” Further, into the story, she revealed they had some changes in the plan as she decided to add one more bedroom. Sharing the insight, she wrote, “I decided we need one more bedroom, so we’re waiting for approval from HOA.”

Sometimes early, Simone shared the picture of the plot of the land wherein she would be building her new home. Excited about her new home, Simone also wrote, “It’s so exciting to be building something that’s ours.” As Simone and Owens are getting ready to say “I do,” building a house together is definitely a big step for the young couple.
