Olivia Dunne adds to the collaboration insight

Yesterday, Dunne and SI Swimsuit magazine were all that sports entertainment fans were talking about. The photo shoot marks the 60th anniversary of the brand and was shot in Porto and North of Portugal. Livvy shared an Instagram story reposting a bunch of Polaroids posted by photographer Ben Watts from their shoot. She captioned it with the stars and camera emoji highlighting the vintage lens share.

In the May 2023 issue, the LSU Tigers gymnast was first featured in the magazine becoming the first set of collegiate female models to do so. In addition, this return is so much more special for Livvy since she’s shot for the 2024 issue which came with the ‘rookie’ promotion. For the 2024 edition, she posed in a white Ola Vida bikini with a skirt by BABEN and a complimenting necklace by Vanessa Mooney.

Speaking about her return, she said, “Coming back for Year 2, I mean, last year I said it was a dream come true, and nothing’s changed. It’s still a dream come true. I can’t believe I can call myself a rookie.” The peek into their announcement with a twist was released on Monday putting fans in a frenzy. This time, Dunne also acknowledged the influence of her SI commitment.

The mutual benefits to Olivia Dunne and SI Swimsuit

While the slate looks clear, there is more to the bold, admirable collection released by Dunne and SI Swimsuit. While Livvy helped save the brand by over $110 million, the gymnast shared how the partnership highlighted her name in the industry. Livvy shared, “Ever since my last SI shoot, I feel like it just opened a bunch of new doors into the modeling world and media world.”

Meanwhile, the outpouring of love from the fans and the cross-industry response is crazy once again boosting the fame game for both parties. Captured in October, the pictures will be released in May 2024.
