After her short break from the limelight following the bronze medal controversy, Jordan Chiles is back with a bang. While her week started with the New York Fashion Week, Chiles attended several events, including making her runway debut at the NYFW and sharing the stage with Taylor Swift at the VMAs. The Paris 2024 all-around team gold medalist presented the best collaboration award for the evening.

The 23-year-old walked on stage with rapper Flavor Flav and announced Taylor Swift and Post Malone’s ‘Fortnight’ as the winning number. Later, Chiles was again spotted with Swift and several other musicians on stage. However, the gymnastics icon is already back in the gym to prepare for the Gold Over America Tour. “From VMAs to tour,” Chiles wrote in her latest Instagram story.

However, after walking on the runway in Kim Shui’s Summer 2025 collection, speaking at the Forbes Power Women’s Summit, presenting at the VAMs, and much more, the gymnast felt spent. Chiles probably caught some rest before arriving at rehearsals. “From NYFW— to tour. Your girl is tired,” Jordan Chiles wrote in a previous story from inside her flight.

However, it must not have been ideal as the two-time Olympian posted a shaky, out-of-focus still to drive home how tired she felt in her most recent story. The two-time Olympic medalist is late to the Gold Over America Tour rehearsals, thanks to her adventures in New York. While her WCC buddy Simone Biles also attended the US Open, she has already joined the rehearsals.

In fact, Simone Biles has already learned at least two brand-new skills. First, the seven-time gold medalist impressed Stephen Nedoroscik and the men’s team with her moves on the pommel horse. The oldest female US gymnast to win Olympic gold then channeled her inner Sky Blakey by learning her signature move on the balance beam.

However, now that Jordan Chiles is back and only three days remain until the tour kicks off at Oceanside, the rehearsal will go into full swing. Biles promised the 2024 tour would be unlike anything fans have witnessed and she doesn’t plan to disappoint. However, despite the energy-sapping schedule, it was all worth it was Simone Biles’ best friend.

Jordan Chiles got a lot off her chest

After going through the ordeal of losing her bronze medal and even online bullying with a racial overtone, Chiles found herself in a challenging time. That’s why her trip to New York has been transformative. After her fashion show debut, Chiles gave an impassionate address to those in attendance at the Forbes Power Women’s Summit.

During her speech, Jordan Chiles opened up on how she felt after the CAS stripped her bronze medal. The gymnast was on the verge of tears while expressing how she felt betrayed by the sport to which she dedicated her life. However, the 23-year-old Olympian also said that she wasn’t ready to give up. And then came Chiles got the biggest surprise at the VMAs.

While presenting the award to Swift and Malone, co-presenter Flavor Flav gifted Jordan Chiles her new bronze medal. Besides having far more bling than the one the Team USA star lost, it was a heartwarming gesture. “I know they tried to take your medal away. But you know what? I got you something that they can’t take away from you.” the rapper told Chiles while gifting her the bronze medal clock resembling his signature necklace.

Now a mentally renewed, albeit tired Jordan Chiles is hard at work honing her skill for Gold Over America. The massive tour will take Chiles and Co. to 32 different states in the amped-up gymnastics concert of the year. What do you think of her mindset shifting from the drama?
