Even though Simone’s career has been very successful, the star gymnast believes that there were some things that she could improve for the better. Throughout her illustrious career, Biles has constantly improved herself and delivered consistent performances.

Simone was the cover star for the Health magazine’s July 2021 issue. Furthermore, the Olympic gold medalist gave an interview to the magazine. When asked what would be her advice for her younger self, she said, “to not be so stubborn.” She added, “to be a little bit happier, to know that it’s not over just because something happens in one day. You can keep pushing.”

Simone’s struggle with mental health
After a successful campaign at the Rio Olympics in 2016, Simone established widespread influence among the youth. She believes that she got a voice after the Rio games. Describing her routine for the Tokyo Olympics she said that she focuses mainly on self-care and her mental health as they have become essential for her.

To maintain her mental wellness, Simone visited the Psychologist every two weeks. Describing the reason behind such frequent visits, she said, “That helped me get in tune with myself so that I felt more comfortable and less anxious.”
