At age 21, Dunne has worn tiaras of – featured twice in Forbes, twice as SI Swimsuit model, and many times more as the highest-paid female collegiate athlete. Nonetheless, Livvy has managed to juggle through platforms and portray her best. Today, as she continues in her domain, Dunne has revealed the belief that ironically doesn’t set her apart.

On the 10th of January, the LSU gymnastics team took to Instagram to interact with the fans online. The team, on its way to Salt Lake City, Utah for the next meet, asked the fans to put forth questions on their mind. Travel Trip! Ask Question!” the first story read with Olivia Dunne, Konor McClain, and Cammy Hall framing the background. As the candid glimpses of the team’s lives took over the stories, one of them posted, “Is it weird being famous,” and Livvy had a playful answer.

Livvy’s answer to the question did not arrive in words. The gymnast rather used an image and a song to convey her thoughts. Eyes rolled to the side, shades lifted to the forehead, and a confused face accompanied Hannah Montana’s Ordinary Girl in the background. “I am just an ordinary girl. Sometimes I am lazy, I get bored…” the lyrics went on. However, while Livvy has asserted her view of being an ordinary girl, it took the gymnast quite some time to fetch acceptance.

A hustle life for the gymnast

When the NIL regulations flipped in 2021, Olivia Dunne was one of the first prospects for the deals. The then 19-year-old found a quick swarm of interests due to her social media presence. However, while the response presented a fine opportunity, the process proved to be unforeseen for Livvy. “The past few years, juggling NIL or ever since my sophomore year, since the summer of 2021, I’ve definitely had a hard time finding balance,” Dunne said in an interview with People. But a few years in, Livvy found herself easing into it.
