The couple has always shared a glimpse of their lives with their fans. Similarly, ahead of the big wedding this year, Biles shared a glimpse of her future house with Owens.

Recently, Simone Biles took to her Instagram to give a sneak peek of her future home to her fans. The story also featured her soon-to-be husband, Jonathan Owens. Though the date of their wedding hasn’t been revealed yet, it will take place this year. Owens and Biles are making sure that their house is ready before that day arrives.

On 21st February 2023, Simone Biles shared a video story featuring the construction site of her new home. In the story, Jonathan Owens was looking at the recent developments in the place.?Adding a caption to her story, the soon-to-be bride wrote,?”lot clearing day!!!!! @jowens”

Lot clearing is the process of preparing a plot of land for construction or renovation. To put it simply, just like the name suggests, this process involves freeing the space from any unnecessary substances like wild trees, shrubs, etc. While lot clearing sounds easy, the task can only be carried out with the help of professionals.

Nearly a year after owning the piece of land, Owens and Biles have sought the said help from experts. With this, they are one step closer to their dream house.

Another sneak peek of the future home

Earlier in December 2022, Simone Biles had once again let her fans in on her plans. It was around the time when?some samples for her new house came in. The gymnast shared the different flooring designs she had to choose from. Every single design was unique in its own way.

Before this update, the couple was waiting for their house plan to receive clearance from the Home Owners Association (HOA). After getting all the clearances and deciding on the designs, the couple has now reached the site to get the work started. The first step, which is the lot clearing, is already underway. It won’t be long before the new house stands tall in all its beauty next to a highway.
