Before collapsing in the middle of the game, Damar got up and stepped backward. As soon as he feebly fell, paramedics and medical staff rushed to him within ten seconds. Moreover, the NFL player was immediately provided CPR right at the spot where he was down for 16 minutes. After his heartbeat was restored, the safety was escorted to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center while the other players went to their locker rooms.
