A new social media post showcased Biles appreciating Owens once more as she taps into a very emotional corner of her heart.

Simone Biles took to Instagram and added a short reel where she shares the frame with Jonathan Owens. The post carried the caption, “It’s been a helluva season & there’s so much to be proud of. I’m so proud of the work you’ve put in & the confidence you exude throughout your plays. I love you, Jonathan! another football season happy & healthy in the books.”

The reel showcased black and white boomerang footage of Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens sharing an adorable kiss. Biles’ praise comes after a staunch season enjoyed by Owens wherein he secured several tackles and assists for his team. 

Replying to this post, Owens wrote, “Our favorite season yet. Thanks for making it so memorable, always love having my baby there on the sideline. Year 6 in the books!!” While Simone Biles believes that Owens had a great year, many NFL fans don’t think so. In fact, they downright asked Owens to be suspended from a match after he made a controversial play.

Jonathan Owens becomes ground zero for social media hate once again

Jonathan Owens recently got hammered by NFL fans on social media after he executed a backhanded move against the San Francisco 49ers. Following this, Owens also tried getting close to an enraged Trent Williams, who instantly shoved him away. While this led to Williams getting a personal foul, it also resulted in the Packers’ safety getting lashed online.

This was the second play of January where Jonathan Owens was called out for his backhanded tactics. While many are against Owens because of these plays, Simone Biles and Green Bay fans are not.
