Biles captioned this Instagram Story, “late night sauna sesh.” Dressed in a sleeveless light blue outfit with a white napkin on her shoulder, Biles looked calm and at ease. She closed her eyes for a brief moment, hinting at how she felt relaxed. Clearly, the sauna treatment has helped Biles to de-stress and relieve her sore muscles. With this, the gymnast also shared a glimpse of Owens making a victory sign with his hand, exhilarated at being with Biles. The Olympic champion captioned this post, “w/ m my love @ jowens.”

This is not the only time Biles has shared with fans special moments of her personal life. Earlier, the gymnastic champion also disclosed the first thing she did after getting married. She also shared exciting details about her upcoming destination wedding and honeymoon.

With this, Biles also updated fans that her destination wedding will be in May and that 135-140 guests would attend the wedding. While her dream honeymoon is a tropical vacation at Bora Bora, the couple had to settle for a?“mini moon? because of Owens?s upcoming season.
