The big diamond in the middle is a 3-carat rock with VVS2 clarity and F color. Since the gymnast is fond of her bling, her husband customized the ring with Frost asking him to stud 36 diamonds to the rim of the ring.

He finally knelt with the diamond in front of Biles on February 15, 2022, and to his question, Biles gave a resounding “Yes!”.?
