Gymnastics is a sport that requires one to focus on multiple areas. It is dependent on one’s flexibility, agility, bouncing ability, and much more. Talking about the same, Simone Biles once debunked a misconception surrounding the sport. 

“Out of all the sports, gymnastics is probably the most competitive. It’s all sports combined in one. You can’t just be fast. You have to have like agility. You have to be able to jump. You have to be able to flip, memorize routines,” the gymnastics GOAT said. “It’s kind of all in one.”

Biles trains six hours a day to perform for only three or four minutes. Therefore, it is way tougher than it seems to be.
