The wedding fever is high for the love birds, Simone Arianne Biles and Jonathan Owens. From planning their wedding to attending their friends’, the duo has been all about weddings lately. Not long ago, Simone Biles traveled 1222 miles with her girl gang for her final dress fitting. And now she has boarded yet another flight for the wedding.

But before you get excited; No! It’s not her wedding. There is still some time for that. The couple is on an island witnessing the marriage of one of their friends. Owens also took to his Instagram to share a snap as they were welcomed on the island. However, the welcome is not what one would have in mind.

On Friday, 24 March 2023, NFL player, Jonathan Owens, took to his Instagram to share a snap from his vacation. It featured Owens’ teammate, Christian Kirksey, welcoming him to the island. Tagging the player in the video story, Owens wrote, “Touched Down🤞🏾.” But it wasn’t the conventional welcome one would imagine, as Kirksey did not greet them in person.

Instead, what Owens captured in the video was a life-size poster of the player with his leading lady. Written in bold letters at the top were the words, “Welcome to Cabo.” Along with the initials “K&C,” the “#KERSKEYSTIETHEKNOT” was placed at the bottom of the poster. The story revealed that Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens traveled 1511 miles to attend the wedding of Owens’ teammate Christian Kirksey with Kendra Mikelle.

Looks like the Houston Texans players have turned the 2023 off-seasons into their wedding season. Biles also took to her social media to share some glimpses of her yet another getaway.

Being the social media enthusiast that Biles is, it is normal for her to spam her Instagram followers with updates. The first story about this trip featured Biles and Owens having a breakfast loaded with fruits and juice. In the next one, Biles flaunted her perfectly manicured nails and massive diamond ring along with the passports of the two.

The next two stories captured the beautiful location with an ocean view. One of them also featured a candid photograph of her fiancé. In another story, Biles was taking a shot with the beautiful bride-to-be. Following the theme of the party, the last story featured Biles and Owens rocking their white outfits while jamming to the music in a corner.
