Dahil plays as a defenseman for the Sabres. He had a breakout season in 2021-22, where he achieved new career milestones with goals, assists, and points for his team. Due to his exceptional performances, people are strongly favoring Dahlin for the James Norris Memorial Trophy. It is awarded to the NHL’s top ‘defense player’ throughout that season.
After making it to the NHL All-Star game two times in a row (2022, 2023) and with his incredible stats in both these years, Dahlin himself is beaming with confidence and still wants to achieve more. His gameplay is far from meek and often shows his feistiness on the rink.

When the reporter confronted him about his aggressive manner of playing, Dahlin chalked it up to his nature. He said, “It’s been a part of my Hockey ever since I started… I like when games start getting spicy out there”. Fights are a common occurrence in the NHL. Only recently 3 fights broke out within 15 seconds of a game between the Philadelphia Flyers and the Minnesota Wild. At a very young age, his never-bog-down attitude might just be an intimidating factor for his opponents.
