But Swedish track sensation Armand Mondo Duplantis is an emerging legend in the field of pole vault. The world has been left in awe as they are witnessing the continuous ascent of Duplantis. Last Saturday, in the Diamond League season-opening meet in Xiamen, China, Mondo Duplantis broke his own record. In September 2023, at the Diamond League final in Eugene, he cleared 6.23 meters, and in 2024 he broke the record by clearing 6.24 meters.
