American snowboarding legend, Shaun White, is eying his fifth Olympic appearance next month in Beijing. Notably, Shaun plays one of the world’s most physically challenging sports and has been dominating it for decades.

Now, ahead of making history, the three-time Olympic gold medalist has come up with an exciting program for his fans where one can exclusively train with him on his personally designed training program. 

White reveals details of his training program

Sharing his years of experience, Shaun has come up with an exciting, exclusive training program. White made an announcement on his Instagram about the program, saying, ” I am really excited to share my training methods in my Masters program on @themastersapp!! Join my training program to build flexible, functional strength, practice recovery and injury prevention techniques, and learn how to stay motivated and focused.”

Further detailing the program, he wrote, ” My program is designed to help you build strength while staying lean, agile, and flexible, through mixed-tempo sessions. I leverage isometric, concentric, and eccentric exercises to strengthen and condition my muscles without overworking any one section of my body.”

Shaun White steps into the business world

It is no secret, 35-year-old Shaun is nearing his retirement. Earlier last year, White announced that the 2022 Winter Games will be his last appearance on the grand stage. However, as he will soon move on to the next phase of his life, White has launched his own business venture.

White, alongside his brother, launched ‘WhiteSpace’, an activewear company, earlier this month. Notably, his new venture will also sell snowboards.
