Seth Rogan Has to Hilariously Clarify Secret of His Youthfulness to Skating Legends Tony Hawk and Jason Ellis

Following the usual drill, American skateboarding icon Tony Hawk and Radio personality Jason Ellis came together for their recent Hawk Vs. Wolf episode. But tripling the fun for this week’s episode, joins popular Canadian-American actor Seth Rogen. Stopping for a fun conversation with Hawk and Ellis, Rogen also spilled the beans on his “youthfulness,” much to the audience’s delight.

Without wasting another minute, the first question that Ellis shoots at Rogen is his secret to looking young. Unable to resist his query, Ellis takes both Hawk and Rogen by surprise when he asks, “Are you like on steroids?”

Adding a little context to his assumption, Ellis explained how Rogen is looking younger from the last time. Even though Rogen could not hold back his surprised expression, he was quick to dismiss Ellis’ claims of taking steroids with a laugh.

Giving Ellis his honest answer, the filmmaker remarked in the podcast, That would be a weird choice for me to make at this point in life to do steroids.” Revealing his secrets, he talks about how he prefers to exercise regularly. However, he likes to take it slow.  Explaining himself, Rogen adds, I do like exercise regularly but not like steroid level.”

Elaborating a bit more, Rogen also explained how Ellis had the wrong perception of him being on steroids. He explained that the last time he meet Ellis, he was not paying much attention to his health. “I think when I met you, I literally never exercised, but now I exercise and diet and eat,” he was heard saying. Rogen acknowledged that being 40 has played an instrumental part in taking his health seriously. Unlike his younger self, he now works out regularly and keeps a check on his diet.

Further, into the talk, Rogen recalled how he was in “excruciating” pain. Upon consulting the doctor, he was informed that his neck was too weak to support his head. Even though the men shared a few laughs at the weird diagnosis, Rogen quickly added how he decided to take matters into his hand. Upon realizing that something needs to be done, he decided to start living healthily. Affirming Ellis, Rogen added that he started focusing on his diet and exercise.

For those unversed, Rogen came for the special episode to promote his upcoming projects, The Boys and Ninja Turtle. During the show, he also talked about some of his favorite moments from hit movies like The Interview, Pineapple Express, Funny People, and others. Hawk and Ellis, too, joined the actor with their own skate slam stories and life experiences.
