Lindsey Vonn is one of the finest skiers in the world. After attending Word Championship in Sweden, the four-time world champion retired in 2019. Previously, Lindsey experienced a couple of injuries that provoked her retirement. Although the retirement was against Lindsey’s desire, she made peace with it later.

Recently, in one of her Instagram stories, the ace skier was spotted having a workout session before enjoying a scrumptious Thanksgiving meal.

Retired skier Lindsey Vonn frequently keeps her fans updated about her fitness regime. Maintaining great health and fitness, Vonn hits the gym every single day. No matter what season or occasion, the skier has no rest days. However, on occasions like Thanksgiving, she calls for several lip-smacking dishes, making people forget about their health.

Vonn, who also enjoyed the beautiful thanksgiving occasion, did not forget to work out before indulging in the occasion’s feasts. The skier posted an Instagram story where she was seen performing tough squats along with weights. Vonn looked focused in her gym attire. An hour after her power-packed gym Instagram story, Vonn shared another picture of a delicious-looking Thanksgiving meal. The story supposedly indicated it to be pizza that looked cheesy and indulge-worthy. The story’s caption read: “Pre thanksgiving meal” 

Although Thanksgiving is a grand occasion for everyone, Vonn wonderfully managed both fitness and the delightful meal. This indicates the dedication of the retired athlete toward health and fitness.

Overall achievements of Vonn

Lindsey Vonn was a member of the US Ski team and one of Alpine skiing’s all-time greatest skiers. She became USA’s first-ever women’s downhill Olympic champion in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. The skier has a total of 82 World Cup victories.

Von was just three years old when she began skiing with her father and grandfather on the slopes of Minnesota. She was nine years old when she competed in an international competition. Later on, Vonn took her baby steps in reputed competitions like the World Junior Championships and the World Cup. It eventually led her to enter the US Ski Team.
