When it comes to Skiing, USA’s Mikaela Shiffrin is among the few names that come to mind. The major reason behind this is her excellence in sports, which she achieved with her determination and hard work. However, spectators will not see her in the coming few weeks. Recently, Mikaela underwent a harrowing crash that left her struggling with injuries.

Given some of the test we’ve done the past few days and the training that I’ve done and seeing how I’ve reacted to that in the last few days, it’s just too soon to race in Andorra,” Mikaela Shiffrin made this statement few days after her crash. In an exclusive interview with CNN, Shiffrin said, “This one, to be honest, I kind of saw it coming from the air, a little bit,…I was trying to avoid that scenario, but it also happens fast enough there’s not a lot you can do about it. I mean, the forces are high, you’re landing from a jump, the surface, it was rock solid.Fortunately, Shiffrin could escape the crash with minimal possible damage instead of getting her body inflicted because of the accident. However, Shiffrin is not the only one undergoing recovery
