The Warriors v/s Lakers NBA match turned out to be a star-studded event. Skiing star Eileen Gu had the time of her life, attending the match and meeting some of the veteran players. Gu has been traveling across various states, attending events both related to and outside skiing.

In an Instagram post, Gu cheered for her favorite team at the Chase Center arena in California. The skier also posted a series of pictures with various players, that garnered attention. Let’s take a look at what conspired during the match and who were the stars in attendance!

Eileen Gu hung out with veteran NBA players

19-year-old Eileen Gu has achieved a lot and still has a lot more to shoot for. The freestyle skier is one of the highest-paid female athletes and juggles across multiple undertakings such as skiing, modeling, studies, and more. Amidst the countless events she has had attended over the past few months, Gu made it to the NBA match between the Lakers and Warriors. The skier was there to cheer and support her favorite, Golden State Warriors.

Her Instagram carousel featured some of the most popular Warriors players, including Klay Thompson, Stephen Curry, and Andre Tyler Iguodala. Gu happily posed along with the veterans while cheering for the players on the court. While the Warriors, unfortunately, lost against the Lakers, the spirits remained strong.

Under her series of pictures, Gu thanked the Golden State Warriors for inviting her, and wrote, “my team @warriors thanks for having me!!”. Seems like the skier had a fun time and even posed for pictures with the star player, Jordan Poole, who scored 29 points and stole the show.

Gu sports a versatile personality and her current works is a proof of that. She likes to surround herself with great company, and at one point, she met someone whose career certainly do not coincide with her even remotely!

Eileen and her tryst with the renowned astrophysicist

While Eileen Gu has been backpacking across town, she recently had a mind-blowing interaction with the popular astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson. But upon meeting him, the skier had a specific request for her fans.

The Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula One’s Season Launch event saw Gu interact with Dutch F1 champion Max Verstappen. However, when she met up with Tyson at the same event, she requested her fans to not talk to her since she “talked to @neildegrasstyson about neutron degeneracy pressure”. Nevertheless, the Frog Princess seems to be having fun going around and interacting with celebrities.
