Yet, such is his passion for the game, and he continues to work on his skills Despite retiring earlier, as winter gets in full flow, the five-time Olympian has got back to his long-lasting love, snowboarding.

White has had an illustrious snowboarding career. He has won 3 Olympic gold medals in half-pipe snowboarding and holds several world records to his name. White announced his retirement earlier last year. However, he still loves the sport. In a recent Instagram update, he welcomed the first snowfall of the season, making some runs down the hill.

Shaun White is back to snowboarding

Although Shaun White has retired from the sport, his love for snow and snowboarding still remains intact. As it snows for the first time this season in his hometown, the 3x Olympic gold medalist has got back to snowboarding for the first time this season.

Shaun recently shared an Instagram post on his handle. Welcoming the snow, Shaun started snowboarding again. ?First snow of the season?this counts right ??, his caption read. Although it didn’t snow that much, he still made a few runs. White could be seen highly excited and enjoying the snowboarding again.

The 36-year-old can be seen flaunting his snowboarding skills in the indoor snowboarding facility. After retiring from snowboarding, White has taken up different challenges, and one of them is entrepreneurship. He recently announced his new brand, and his love for snowboarding can be seen in that as well.

White releases his own brand

After winning, and winning big in snowboarding, White has taken up an interest in entrepreneurship. He recently released his own lifestyle brand named Whitespace. The brand manufactures and markets a wide range of products including snowboards, outerwear, and streetwear apparel.

Additionally, Whitespace also designs sporting gear. Similar to snowboarding, White is doing exceptionally well in entrepreneurship as well. He has expanded the business to different sectors and even started collaborations on video game projects as well. White is also a fan of his brand and could be seen using Whitespace?s snowboard in his latest Instagram post.
