On 1st November, the USA’s Women’s Squash team entered the arena to compete in the gold and bronze bouts. The major attraction at the event was the competition of different contenders for gold and bronze bouts from the same countries. In the gold bout for Women’s singles, USA’s Amanda Sobhy locked horns with her training partner Olivia Fiechter. Although both the Squash athletes gave tough competition to each other, Olivia Fiechter made a remarkable win. “I’m super happy to come away with a medal, and I’m glad I could do it for the U.S.,” she said.
