Amidst their exhilarating session, two dolphins made an unexpected appearance and, as Alana quoted, “said hello.” However, the encounter left the Australian pro surfer Jack Freestone, “Startled at first,” as she described. The magical encounter took place in a shallow, crystal-clear sea, showcasing nature’s wonders. Alana’s active presence on social media allows her followers to witness her adventurous spirit firsthand. Alongside Freestone and their two boys, they often embrace the thrill of riding the waves as a united family.

While the 33-year-old surfer embraces her role as a devoted mother, she remains committed to her passion for adventure. Surfing champion Blanchard conquers waves

Blanchard’s surfing prowess soared as she clinched the top spot in the shortboard category at the 2005 T&C Women’s Pipeline Championships. Her list of victories continued to grow, conquering championships in prestigious events. As The Women’s Pipeline Championships in Hawaii, The Rip Curl Girls Festival Junior Pro in Spain. The Roxy Pro Trials in Haleiwa, Hawaii, The Billabong Pro Pre-Trials in Hookipa, Maui, and The Volcom Pufferfish Surf Series in Pinetrees, Kauai.

Throughout her career, Blanchard maintained a fruitful partnership with Rip Curl swimwear, where she showcased her talents as a designer and model, even crafting her line of wetsuits. However, in 2020, the sponsorship with Rip Curl came to an end. In May 2017, the passionate Hawaiian surfer established the Alana Blanchard Foundation. It aimed to uplift and support female talent within the surfing community. Beyond her achievements in the water, Blanchard wields a significant influence on social media, boasting 1.7 million followers on Instagram.
